After a pretty dire test drive experience elsewhere with painful, inauthentic, high pressure tactics, my experience with Nigel was the opposite. He is a genuine, kind, authentic human, with a cracking personality that made the whole process FUN! I was pretty anxious about the prospect of trying to find the right car, but by the time I finalized the purchace, I felt nothing but confident in my decision. First up, I didnt realise the car was in Mandurah when I called, but he offered to bring her up to Perth for me to test drive (on his birthday no less) even after I was straight up with him and said I'm probably not going to decide straight away, I was still weighing up my options, but there was no pressure or obligation attached. His enthusiasm was refreshing without being pushy, nothing was too much trouble, and as a single woman, I felt comfortable and looked after. In the end, the car was exactly what I was looking for and after sleeping on it, once I decided to purchace, the process was easy. Nigel was very accomodating of my desire to have a private pre-purchace inspection done elsewhere, dropping and picking her up from the mechanics for me. He even collected me from the train station when I came down to pick her up! All in all, Nigel's customer service was gold standard and and I had the best experience purchasing through him. Cannot recommend highly enough! I really love my new wheels! 💙🚙
