I just bought a car from here and had the best experience. It was so much easier and smooth than I expected it to be. As someone who gets overwhelmed with big decisions, I felt extremely calm through the whole process. Nigel was incredibly helpful and patient with me the whole time. Made sure my questions were all answered honestly and made my experience as best as possible. He was super friendly and made the whole process for me 10x easier. I didn’t feel pressured at all and felt I could take the time I needed to make my decision. Could not have asked to deal with a better salesperson! Richard, their finance manager also was such a pleasure to deal with. He made getting finance so easy and stress-free, and kept me updated the whole time, so I always knew what was happening. He was super informative about the whole finance process which was such great peace of mind for someone who is a first time buyer.
