Always a pleasure to have my services done here. Friendly and efficient staff to deal with and a good service on the vehicle. On this occasion my tire pressure monitors needed to be replaced as the batteries were low and not transmitting. In their wisdom the batteries cannot be recharged so the hefty price for replacement of complete 4 units inside the tires was $980. Also, the satnav maps could not be updated as my Forester warranty was out of date and was told I would have to go direct to Subaru Australia and apply and pay direct. How stupid is all this from a reputable company like Subaru. Why not make it easy for your customers and have the tire pressure monitors with rechargeable batteries and the satnav updatable at the Subaru dealerships for a cost. I think I shall start looking for different make of vehicle after owning two Subaru's from new. Not happy Subaru Australia.

He was so professional and patient I didn’t feel pressured,, it took me a few days to make my mind up on the car and Nigel answered all my questions, great communication and even picked me up from the train station when it was time to buy my car.
